Sierra Leone Deployment 2024

Assalamu alaikum,

IA we as a group of friends with the help of Heal Humanity are raising money to build an Orphanage with the aim to home 20 Orphans every year in Sierra Leone. We want to share this opportunity with you to be in the company of Our Beloved Prophet S.A.W in the hereafter as he mentions in a hadeeth ‘The one who cares for an orphan and myself will be together in Paradise like this’, and he (S.A.W) held his two fingers together to illustrate.

You can donate Lillah to help raise £30,000 to build the orphanage in Sierra Leone.

Sierra Leone has a population of 7.8 million people, of which approximately 78% are muslim. 58% of the country is in poverty with 13% in extreme poverty. The orphanage will be based in a rural area providing support to those who need it most.

We also aim to hand deliver your generous donations of Zakaat, Sadaqah and Lillah in September 2024. We have a number of projects we are aiming to deliver. Please support us by donating using the link above.

The Prophet, upon be peace, said: “The believer’s shade on the Day of Resurrection will be his charity.”

The Prophet (saw) said, When a person dies, all their deeds end except three: a continuing charity, beneficial knowledge and a child who prays for them.
